  • What features does the machine have?
    All our machines come with multiple payment options (credit, debit, apple pay, touchless, etc.). Daily remote monitoring of stock levels. Interactive features such as reward programs and discounts. We aim to always provide our customers with high-quality machines that include the latest technology and function properly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Who chooses the products that go in the machine?
    We encourage feedback and input from our customers! When you work with us, we will personally tailor the product selection to your preference. If you don't have a preference, we will provide a variety of products and adjust selections based on sales data so we are always providing the most popular snacks or drinks!
  • How often do the machines get restocked?
    As often as needed! Most of our accounts we service at least once every 1-2 weeks, others we service nearly every day. We will do whatever it takes!
  • Do you have to sign a contract or agreement?
    No, not every location needs to sign an agreement. But we certainly do this with many clients to state our commitments and responsibilities. We also won't hold you to a time commitment with us.
  • Is there a cost for the vending machine equipment/service?
    Not a dime. We provide the machines and services free of charge.
  • Who stocks the machine?
    We will take of restocking. We monitor stock levels remotely and have well trained operators ready to keep your machines stocked and never empty!
  • What happens if you lose money in the machine?
    While we do our best to not let this happen, we've implemented a refund process in case it does. All our machines come with a QR code you can scan if you've lost your money, where you'll submit a form to us. We review and verify the transaction, and will get you your money back asap.
  • If a machine has a problem, how quickly can it be fixed?
    Once a problem has been brough to our attention, we will respond within just 3 hours and on-site within that same day to get the problem fixed. Serving our customers is our #1 priority.
  • How long does delivery an installation take?
    Once we receive the go ahead to move forward, we will get the machine delivered and installed within 2-4 weeks. If you need it sooner than that, we can always accommodate your needs and expedite the process.
  • What're your service hours and days?
    We are on the clock 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We aim to be that person you can reach out to at any hour of the day, any day of the week. We'll put in the work to ensure your customers, employees, or tenants all have an enjoyable experience in your building or facility.
